L-精氨酸对冷应激仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及肝脏、肾脏中肿瘤坏死因子-α、干扰素-γ基因表达量的影响 被引量:12

摘要 本试验旨在研究L-精氨酸(L-Arg)对冷应激仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及肝脏、肾脏中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)基因表达量的影响。试验采用双因素有重复完全交叉析因试验设计,选择26日龄断奶、体重[(7.48±0.47) kg]相近的"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪72头,按体重和性别完全随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复2头猪,分别接受2个温度(适温23~27℃、低温14~18℃)和3个L-Arg添加量(0、0.8%、1.2%)的交叉处理。试验期21 d。结果显示:1)温度(P=0.006)和L-Arg(P=0.027)对仔猪平均日增重有显著影响,二者交互作用能显著提高仔猪平均日增重(P=0.047);温度和L-Arg及二者交互作用对仔猪平均日采食量均没有显著影响(P>0.05);温度(P=0.031)和L-Arg(P=0.037)均对料重比有显著影响,二者交互作用对料重比的影响不显著(P=0.269)。2)温度和L-Arg对仔猪胸腺重量和脾脏重量均有显著影响(P<0.05),二者交互作用对胸腺重量的影响不显著(P=0.352),但对脾脏重量有显著影响(P=0.026)。3)温度和L-Arg的交互作用对血清免疫球蛋白(Ig) A (P=0.049)、IgM (P=0.021)和IgG (P=0.015)含量有显著影响。4)温度和L-Arg的交互作用对肝脏中IFN-γ基因表达量有显著影响(P=0.018),对肾脏中TNF-α和IFN-γ基因表达量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果提示,饲粮中添加适量L-Arg可以改善冷应激仔猪的生长性能,提高其机体免疫功能。 The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effects of L-arginine(L-Arg) on growth performance,immune function and gene expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in the liver and kidney of cold stressed piglets.The experiment was designed with two factors with repeated complete cross factorial test.According to body weight and sexual distinction,a total of 72 piglets with28 days of weaning and similar weight [(7.48±0.47) kg]were selected and divided into 6 groups with 6 repetitions per group and 2 piglets per repetition,and cross treated with two temperatures(normal temperature 23 to 27 ℃,low temperature 14 to 18 ℃) and three levels of L-Arg supplementation(0,0.8% and 1.2%).The experiment lasted for 21 d.The results showed as follows:1) temperature(P=0.006) and L-Arg(P=0.027)had significant influence on the average daily gain of piglets,and their interaction could significantly increase the average daily gain of piglets(P=0.047).The temperature,L-Arg and their interaction had no significant influence on the average daily feed intake of piglets(P> 0.05).Temperature(P=0.031) and L-Arg(P=0.037) had significant effects on the ratio of feed to gain,and their interaction had no significant effect on the ratio of feed to gain(P=0.269).2) Temperature and L-Arg had significant influence on the weight of thymus and spleen of piglets(P<0.05),and their interaction had no significant effect on thymus weight(P=0.352),while significantly affected the weight of spleen(P=0.026).3) The interaction of temperature and L-Arg had significant effects on serum immunoglobulin(Ig) A(P=0.049),IgM(P=0.021) and IgG(P=0.015)contents.4) The interaction of temperature and L-Arg had significant effects on the gene expression level of IFN-γ in the liver(P=0.018),and had no significant effect on the gene expression levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in the kidney(P>0.05).The results show that adding L-Arg to the diet can improve the growth performance and immune function of the cold-stressed piglets.
