摘要
本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加杜仲叶提取物对肉兔生长性能及血清生化、免疫与抗氧化指标的影响,探讨其在育肥期肉兔上的应用效果。选择出生日龄相近、健康状况良好且体重[(726.55±94.92) g]无显著差异(P>0.05)的伊拉肉兔80只,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复2只(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(不添加任何抗生素),试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加100、200和300 mg/kg杜仲叶提取物的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果显示:1)饲粮中添加100~300 mg/kg杜仲叶提取物可提高肉兔的平均日增重、平均日采食量,但各试验组与对照组的差异均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加100~300 mg/kg的杜仲叶提取物可显著提高肉兔血清中总蛋白、白蛋白含量(P<0.05);同时,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg的杜仲叶提取物还可显著提高肉兔血清中球蛋白含量(P<0.05),不同程度提高血清中免疫球蛋白A含量(P<0.05)、超氧化物歧化酶(P>0.05)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05)。综合考虑所测指标,在本试验的3个杜仲叶提取物添加量中以200 mg/kg的效果最好。
The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of adding Eucommia ulmoides leaf extracts into diets on growth performance,serum biochemical,immune and antioxidant indexes of meat rabbits,and to discuss the application effect of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract in the fattening period of meat rabbits.Eighty Hyla meat rabbits with similar birthday age,good health and no significant difference in body weight[(726.55±94.92) g](P>0.05) were randomly divided into 4 groups with each group had 10 replicates and each replicate had 2 rabbits(half male and half female).The rabbits in control group were fed a basal diet(without any antibiotics),and those in test groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed the basal diet supplemented with100,200 and 300 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides leaf extracts,respectively.There was a pretrial period of 5 d followed by an experimental period of 30 d.The results showed as follows:1) adding 100 to 300 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract into diets could increase the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of meat rabbits,but the differences between test groups and control group were not significant(P>0.05).2) Compared the control group,adding 100 to 300 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides leaf extracts into diets could significantly increase the serum total protein and albumin contents(P<0.05);meanwhile,adding 200 mg/kg Eucommia ulmoides leaf extracts into diets also could significantly increase the serum globulin content(P<0.05),and could increase the serum immunoglobulin A content(P<0.05),superoxide dismutase(P>0.05) and glutathione peroxidase activities(P<0.05) in different degrees.Considering all indexes of this experiment,among three Eucommia ulmoides leaf extracts adding amounts in this experiment,the effect of 200 mg/kg is the best.
