Metabolizable Energy Requirement for Slowly-Growing Yellow-Feathered Male Chickens from 1 to 28 Days of Age

摘要 本试验旨在研究确定1~28日龄慢速型黄羽肉公鸡的饲粮代谢能需要量(MEr)。选用1 200只1日龄健康、发育良好的慢速型岭南黄羽肉鸡公雏鸡,按体重随机分为4个组(每组6个重复,每个重复50只鸡),分别饲喂代谢能水平为11.14、11.56、11.92和12.59 MJ/kg的试验饲粮,采用限量饲喂,试验期28 d。测定饲粮代谢能水平对试鸡生长性能、血浆生化指标、胴体品质、空体成分、能量沉积率以及肌肉脂肪含量的影响。结果表明:随着饲粮代谢能水平的提高,试鸡平均日代谢能摄入量极显著增加(P<0.01),上述各试验组对应的平均日代谢能摄入量分别为206.45、214.79、220.77和235.82 kJ/d。饲粮代谢能水平极显著影响试鸡平均日增重(ADG)、料重比和血浆尿酸含量(P<0.01),显著影响试鸡胸肌脂肪含量(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,综合考虑生长性能、胸肌脂肪含量指标,确定1~28日龄[体重:(30±1) g~(297±10) g]慢速型黄羽肉公鸡的饲粮MEr为235.82 kJ/d,相应饲粮代谢能水平为12.59 MJ/kg,该阶段的代谢能需要析因模型为:MEr(kJ/d)=0.138 7BW^(0.75)(g)+5.156 2ADG(g)。 This experiment w as conducted to investigate the metabolizable energy requirement (M Er) for slow-ly-grow ing yellow-feathered male chickens from 1 to 28 days of age. One thousand and tw o hundred 1-day-old male slow ly-grow ing yellow-feathered male chickens w ere allotted into 4 groups in a completely randomized design based on body w eight for a 28-day study. Chickens in each group w ere fed diets limited containing one of four levels of dietary metabolizable energy w hich w ere 11.14,11.56,11.92 and 12.59 M J/kg,respectively. The effects of dietary metabolizable energy level on grow th performance,plasma biochemical indices,carcass quality,empty body composition,energy deposition rate and fat content in breast muscle w ere investigated. The results show ed that,w ith the dietary metabolizable energy level increasing,the average daily metabolizable energy intake of chickens w as extremely significantly increased (P < 0.01) and that in each group w as206.45,214.79,220.77 and 235.82 kJ/d,respectively. Dietary metabolizable energy level extremely significantly affected the average daily gain (ADG),feed to gain ratio and plasma uric acid content (P<0.01),and significantly affected the fat content in breast muscle (P<0.05) of birds. In conclusion,under the condition as our experiment,the M Er for slow ly-grow ing yellow-feathered male chickens from 1 to 28 days of age is235.82 kJ/d according to the results of grow th performance and fat content in breast muscle,and the corresponding dietary metabolizable energy level is 12.59 M J/kg. The model for M E requirement of slow ly-grow ing yellow-feathered male chickens from 1 to 28 days of age is as follow s: M Er (kJ/d) = 0. 138 7 BW0.75(g) +5.156 2 ADG (g).
