摘要
System dynamics model of financial and monetary mechanism are established on the basic of qualitative research in financial and monetary theory, by applying system dynamics to financial and monetary law of movement, development and change in economic system and simulating this law. With it, we can analyse the interrelations between finance and banking; analyse the quantity of money demanded by the economic system, determine the most desirable quantity of money demanded by the economic system; find out the extent to which financial and banking influence other economic variables, such as national income, market demand and price, etc., and propose methods and means to control them. This model provided a new method of research to secure a fine circle of finance and banking in economic system, and promote national economy of our country to develop in a continuous, stable and harmonious way.
