摘要
Allowing for the existence of unreducible inputs and unexpansible outputs in DEA, this paper concentrates on developing a new extension of DEA for dealing with such situation. By comparison with the traditional DEA,it is argued that,the extended DEA with unexpansible outputs and unreducible inputs is more meaningful in not only effficiency analysis for all DMUs but also improvements for inefficient DMUs.
