To Communications and transportation project regional economics benefit is an essential component part in economic benefits of communications and transportation construction projects,at present detremining the nature analysis is major for the problem.This article suggest a set of theory of using systmatic engineering and Method of Input-Output,which is used to research regional economics benefit of communication and transportation construction project.For instance,such as Beijing and Tianjin,regional economics benefit of Jing-Jin-Tang expressway and third railway construction between Beijing and Tianjin is computed and inquired further into.So we gain useful results.
