本文结合某化肥厂铁路专用线方案的论证工作，应用层次分析法和模糊数学理论，系统地分析研究了铁路专用线设计方案的优选方法，得出了铁路专用线设计方案择优评价及决策的一种方法。

This article combined with the proof of design schemes of special railway in a fertilizer plant,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy theory,analysed and studied systematically the optimization of design schmes of special railway,and obtained a method of preferred evaluation and decision for design schemes of special railway.
