摘要
本文针对多属性的综合评价问题,提出了一种先分类后排序的综合评价方法。这种方法可使评价指标的权重系数的作用发挥得恰到好处,从而避免了排序的“串套”现象。此外,该方法还具有简单、合理,便于应用等特点。最后,应用本方法对我国重点钢铁企业的发展状况进行了综合评价,并与用原有方法的评价结果作了比较。
In this paper, a new method of the multiple-attrbutive evaluation is established.This new method can be divided into two steps: firstly, we divide the classfication of the evaluate objects, secondly, we define the priority of the evaluate objects in the ith classfication. This method is simple, rational and valid for the practical apptications. Finally, the paper give an example for the application of this method and compares the results of the new and the old methods.
