摘要
探讨了纳米材料的块状成形技术 ,对成形后的块状 Fe、Co、Ni和Al纳米材料磨削加工、研磨加工、磨削力、磨削热及加工表面粗糙度进行了实验研究 ;同时进行了纳米块状材料的显微硬度分析、金相分析及扫描隧道显微镜图像分析。这些研究对纳米材料的成形、精密加工提供了实验数据。
The technology of forming and machining lump nano-materials has been investigated. Grinding, lapping process has been conducted to Fe, Co, Ni and Al lump nano-materials. Experiments have been completed to measure the grinding force, grinding heat, machining roughness and micro-hardness. Image analysis was carried out by metallographic and scanning tunnel microscopic microscope. Researches provided the basic data for forming and machining lump nano-material.
