摘要 研究了 2 mm粉芯丝材电弧喷涂 7Cr1 3涂层的摩擦学性能 ,并借助 X光电子能谱、X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜等表面分析技术研究了其作用机理。结果表明 ,电弧喷涂 7Cr1 3涂层具有较优的抗磨减摩性能 ,其磨损机制主要是磨料磨损和分层磨损 ,与 GCr1 5试环对摩时 ,试环表面形成了主要含 Cr2 O3的转移膜。 The tribological properties of 7Cr13 coating by the electric arc spray were investigated with a Timken tester. The element composition, chemical states and the structure of the wear surface were studied. The results showed that 7Cr13 coating by the electric arc spray has good tribological property under dry friction conditions. The wear mechanism of 7Cr13 coating is as abrasive wear and demixing wear. The transferring films containing Cr 2O 3 were found on the worn surface of GCr15 ring.
