摘要
为解决单件小批订货生产方式下交货期满足问题 ,研究 CAPP/PPS集成并行模式下加工过程决策的调度方法 ,提出把交货期和资源负荷作为工艺设计过程的约束。基于动态分布并行协同设计模式 ,在一定的交货期和动态的资源负荷约束下 ,基于约束传播和智能回溯算法的约束推理 ,对构成零件每个加工表面的加工方案一次调度成功。在此基础上 ,通过作业计划优化调度仿真 ,实现工艺设计与作业计划并行协同设计 ,达到快速准时生产的目的。
In order to meet the delivery date in job-shop production type, a dispatching method of process decision under CAPP/PPS integrated concurrent pattern is studied in this paper. Regarding delivery date and resource loads as restrictions in process planning and based on simultaneous cooperative design pattern of dynamic distribution, the machining scheme for each surface to be machined of a part can be successfully managed once based on the restriction propagating and restriction reasoning of an intelligent back tracking algorithm. Then, by means of task planning optimization dispatching emulation, the simultaneous cooperative design of process planning and task planning can be realized to achieve the objective of rapid and in-time production.
