摘要
报道了通过Bi2 O3的掺杂而获得的在较低温度(870℃左右 )下烧成的Y型平面六角结构软磁铁氧体的烧结工艺、结构特征及其磁导率和介电常数的频率特性。研究发现Cu、Zn掺杂的Co2 Y型软磁铁氧体材料 (Ba2 Co1 .2 -xZnxCu0 .8Fe1 2O2 2 )在甚高频段具有良好的磁性能和介电性能 ,且此种材料烧结温度低 ,易于实现低温烧结 ,是一种可以用于甚高频段的理想的软磁材料。
The sintering process, microstructure and frequency properties of the magnetic permeability of the low-temperature sintered Y-type hexaferrites doped with Bi2O3 as flux were reported. It was found that Y-type hexaferrites substituted by Zn and Cu (Ba2Co1.2-x ZnxCu0.8Fe12O22) has good magnetic properties and dielectric properties in hyper-frequency. the materials are sintered easily at lower temperature, they are ideal soft magnetic materials in the hyper-frequency range.
