基于评价树的电力通信网络业务质量评价方法

Service quality evaluation method of power communication network based on evaluation tree

针对电力通信网中业务的新特点,提出了一种基于评价树模型的业务质量评价(SQE)方法。首先对电力通信网业务的指标值进行预处理,其次为减少信息冗余,采用主成分分析法减少指标间的相互作用,最后利用业务质量评价树模型,直观反映出某一特定业务的指标与权重,进行业务质量评价。仿真表明,SQE方法不仅可以对电力通信网业务质量进行合理评估,正确反映出某一业务的运行质量好坏,还能准确地选择运行状况差的业务进行改进,从而改善整个电力通信网络业务质量。

With regard to those new characteristics of services in electric power communication networks, a service quality evaluation(SQE) method based on evaluation tree was proposed. Firstly, the index value of the power communication network was pretreated. To reduce the information redundancy, the principal component analysis was engaged to eliminate the interaction between indexes. By using the service quality evaluation model, the indexes and weights of a specific service could be directly reflected. Simulation results show that the SQE method can not only evaluate the quality of services of power communication network, correctly reflect the operation quality of a business, but also can accurately choose the poor running condition of business improvement, so as to improve the overall quality of service of electric power communication network.
