摘要
"十三五"期间,公司智能电网边界不断延伸,通信网络边界不断扩展,信息采集终端不断扩充,信息通信运维对象的规模和复杂度越来越高,技术架构也越来越复杂。公司信息通信运维体系将无法满足未来运维对象、信息通信技术的运行需求和变化要求。为了解决制约公司信息化科学发展的安全性、系统性问题,根据国家电网公司"十三五"规划要求,充分调研现状,基于最佳实践及运维体系理论方法开展了信息通信运维体系设计,为解决目前存大问题进行了有效探索,并对未来"十三五"信息通信发展起到了良好的奠定基础。
