"十三五"期间,公司智能电网边界不断延伸,通信网络边界不断扩展,信息采集终端不断扩充,信息通信运维对象的规模和复杂度越来越高,技术架构也越来越复杂。公司信息通信运维体系将无法满足未来运维对象、信息通信技术的运行需求和变化要求。为了解决制约公司信息化科学发展的安全性、系统性问题,根据国家电网公司"十三五"规划要求,充分调研现状,基于最佳实践及运维体系理论方法开展了信息通信运维体系设计,为解决目前存大问题进行了有效探索,并对未来"十三五"信息通信发展起到了良好的奠定基础。

In order to solve the security and systematic problems that restrict the development of the information science of the company, according to the requirements of the 'Thirteenth Five-Year' plan of the state grid corporation of China, the present situation is fully researched, and the design and operation system of information communication is designed based on the best practice and operation and maintenance system theory, which is an effective exploration to solve the existing problems, and has played a good foundation for the future 'Thirteenth Five-Year' plan information and communication development.
