摘要
电网规划中传统的数据采集、评审方式一直存在耗时多、实时性差、流程繁琐的问题,移动GIS的应用解决了数据采集、评审方式上的难题,更高效地利用了移动GIS终端采集的数据,解决了移动GIS推广应用以来亟待解决的问题。本系统实现了基于移动GIS数据的存储、传输、审核等功能,将大大提高移动终端采集数据的使用效率,降低数据采集成本。
In the power grid planning, traditional data acquisition and evaluation methods have the problem of time-consuming, real-time and the cumbersome. The application of mobile GIS solved the problem of data acquisition and evaluation. The data which collected by mobile GIS terminal was used more efficiently, urgent problems after application of mobile GIS was solved. This system realized the function of storing, transmitting and auditing based on mobile GIS data, which would greatly improve the efficiency of data acquisition and reduce the cost of data acquisition.
