摘要
针对目前智能变电站继电保护缺陷处理过程中存在的不足,提出了一种基于SCD的继电保护缺陷设备安全隔离辅助决策。通过解析SCD文件找出缺陷设备的影响范围,并根据缺陷设备处理原则自动生成安全隔离辅助决策,为现场运维人员进行缺陷设备安全隔离提供技术支撑,保证运行设备的稳定运行。
In connection with the currently insufficient of the intelligent substation's relay protect defect handling, a security isolation auxiliary decision of the defective relay protection equipment based on SCD was proposed. The scope of the defective equipment was found out by parsing the SCD file, and the security isolation auxiliary decision was automatically generated according to the processing principle. The technical supports were provided for on-site operation and maintenance personnel, which ensured the stable operation of the running equipment.
