摘要
随着网络技术、业务场景的不断发展,运维管理面临着综合性的新型场景,这要求IT支撑系统能够敏捷地响应各类需求。传统的功能驱动型系统设计方式已难以满足这些新的挑战。通过总结提炼运维管理的通用形式,结合数据分析学的闭环理论,提出了一种数据驱动的系统设计模式,能够提升支撑系统的通用性及灵活性。同时介绍并分析了该模式在当前运维管理场景中的应用案例。
The development of telecom technologies and business scenarios has brought new requirements for the operation and maintenance of telecom networks,which an agile fulfillment of various IT supporting requirements is demanded. Response to the challenges could no longer be given by the traditional function driven design methodology. A data driven design pattern for IT supporting system was proposed by summarizied the general pattern of operation and maintenance,and the closed-loop theory of data analysis was introduced. The generality and flexibility of implemented systems was improved by the new design pattern,as well as O&M scenarios could be also analyzed by using cases of the design pattern in real networks.
