Prevention and control scheme of high density nuisance phone call

"高密度呼叫骚扰电话"即俗称的"呼死你"骚扰电话,主要是不法分子通过网络电话频繁拨打被骚扰用户的手机号码,使其电话线路一直处于占线状态,导致被叫用户的正常来话无法接入,严重干扰了用户的正常通信。分析了该类骚扰电话的主要特征,提出网络侧主动识别拦截的方案,并从用户的角度提出呼叫转移及验证码防骚扰两种自我防护的方案,从"治"和"防"的角度解决高密度呼叫骚扰电话。

High density nuisance phone call is commonly known as "call you to death" nuisance phone call. The illegal phone users frequently call the harassed user's cell phone number through the Internet phone,which makes the telephone line of the called user always in a busy status. In that case the called user's normal incoming phone call cannot be accessed,which would seriously interfere his/her normal communication. The main characteristics of high density nuisance phone call were analyzed,and a recognition and interception scheme was provided,and the call transfer and verification code methods as self protection scheme were put forward. These schemes solve the high density nuisance phone call problems from the prevention and control perspective.
