eSRVCC三阶八步优化方法

摘要 将eSRVCC过程划分为切换准备阶段、切换执行阶段和IST阶段,并根据失败原因cause值进行深入分析,针对3个阶段中存在的网络侧主要问题,总结出eSRVCC切换成功率八步优化法。分别从GSM资源、端到端数据一致性、切换惩罚策略、邻区优化、GSM接入性能、质量切换策略、切换机制等多个角度进行分析,并提出优化方法和策略,从而增强VoLTE用户通话接续能力,提高用户感知。 The eSRVCC process was divided into the handover preparation phase,the handover execution phase and the IST phase,and was analyzed in-depth based on the failure cause cause value.The eSRVCC handover success rate eight-step optimization method was summarized for the main problems of the network side existing in the three phases.It was analyzed from GSM resources,end-to-end data consistency,handover penalty policy,neighboring area optimization,GSM access performance,quality switching strategy and handover mechanism.Optimization methods and strategies were analyzed to enhance VoLTE users’call connection capabilities and improve user perception.
