Cultural Function of Web Communication and Its Operation

本文从结构、功能与文化相互关联的角度切入,探讨了网络传播作为一种文化因素作用于社会文化体系、满足文化需求的样式和方法,认为,基于这种结构系统模式的作用,网络传播能够在三个层面、两种方向上发挥文化功能,其独特的运作方式促进了文化的横向互动和纵向分层,从而带来了文化"量"的扩大和"质"的变迁。

Starting from the correlation between structure function and culture,the thesis discusses the form and method of web communication as a cultural element to influence social cultural system and satisfy cultural demands.It considers that based on the role of structural system form,web communication can play a cultural role in three layers and two directions. Its special operation form fuels the horizontal interaction and vertical stratification of culture, hence bringing its expansion in amount and transformation in quality.
