摘要
近30年来,欧洲国家电视传播权呈现两种不同的发展趋势。技术、政治、文化、经济诸因素的合力作用促成了欧洲地方或地区电视,以及"无国界电视"的兴起和发展。
During recent 30 years,the TV communication rights of the most European coun- tries have showed two different tendencies.Such factors as technology,politics,culture and economics have synthetically promoted the rise and development either of local/regional tele- vision or of television without frontiers.
