摘要
媒介集团化是世界媒介发展的大趋势之一。西方出现媒介集团已有100多年的历史,它是资本主义市场经济下传媒企业化运作的必然结果。中国的媒介集团是在世界媒介集团发展了100年后出现的。它不是在市场的作用下自发形成,而是在市场的推动下,特别是在加入 WTO 由预期变为现实的背景下,由政府推动,并按照政府主管部门制定的原则、程序成立的,它走的是一条具有中国特色的媒介集团化之路。
Media group incorporation is one of great trends of the world media.The western media group incorporation has been one 100 years history.This is an inevitable result from media operating as enterprises under capitalism market economy.It is after the 100 years de- velopment of world media group that Chinese media group come into being.Chinese media group doesn't emerge in a spontaneous way under market's operation,but under market's force,especially in the background of being one of the members of WTO,it is established by government's drive and according the rules constituted by govern department in charge of the work.This is a way with Chinese characteristic for media group incorporation.
