摘要
随着2001年12月中国加入世界贸易组织,关于中国电视业变革的讨论达到高潮。国内政策制定者们、中西方业界以及海内外学术界人士踊跃参与其中。本研究旨在考察与评价中国政府在加入世贸组织过程中广播电视政策的演变以及中国电视业格局的变化,进而阐明这些变化的实质所在,其核心在于对中国电视业所应该承担的社会、文化责任的关注。
Alongside of China's entry to the World Trade Organization in December 2001,the de- bates over the transformation of China's television reach its heyday.The local policy makers,do- mestic and western industrialists,and academies both inside and outside China have been vigorously involving in this debate.The purpose of this research is to examine and evaluate the transition of the Chinese government's broadcasting policy and the shifting patterns of Chinese television aired the WTO entry.In doing so,it aims to shed light on the nature of the change.However,at the core of its analysis is to show concern over the question of social and cultural responsibilities of Chinese tele- vision.
