News Watch vs Undercover Reporting and Hidden Camera

本文探讨在对舆论监督不利的环境下暗访和偷拍存在的合理性及界限。本文首先介绍了当前国内国外的一些暗访偷拍案例,指出此种做法与舆论监督和调查性报道之间传统的密切关系,其后分析了暗访偷拍的概念和含义,并辨析了几个疑似案例。本文主张的是新闻传播活动的公正和平衡。是新闻采访行为对社会各方权益全面关照的观点。

This paper focused on the possible use of undercover reporting and hidden camera under the unfavorable circumstances to news watch.It starts to show some recent domestic and international cases in undercover reporting and hidden camera use.Then it reveals these activities' historic rela- tionships with news watch and investigative journalism.After that it analyzes the related concepts and implications and a few similar but different cases.This paper argues that we need fair and balanced journalistic reporting which benefits the whole society.
