中美政府网站评估体系比较研究

A Comparation Between The Assessment Systems of Government Websites In China And In The USA

政府网站评估对于政府网站的发展具有重大的指导和促进意义。美国政府网站建设处于世界领先地位,其成功经验之一是美国建构有成熟的政府网站评估体系。本文首先分别介绍中美政府网站评估体系,然后从评估对象分类、评估方法、评估指标客观性以及评估重点四个维度对二者进行了比较分析,最后指出我国政府网站评估体系应针对网页元素深入细化指标,增加指标的可操作性和客观性,并随着内容建设的发展及时调整指标结构和权重,提升评估的科学性和参考价值。

From four dimensions,the assessment object,the assessment method,the objectivity of assessment index and the assessment emphasis,this paper compared between the assessment systems of government websites in China and in the USA,then found out the shortage of the Chinese system,and presented finally suggestions to improve it.
