摘要
本文重点讨论组织内传播。作者认为,组织内的传播不同于一般的人际传播,群体思维和群体压力影响传播的结果;组织内的意见冲突时交流,根据当事者的不同位置考虑,会产生至少四种态度;组织文化带有表演性质,从说同样的套话、唱同一首歌到同样的思维。
Organizational communication is much different from general interpersonal communication for those characteristics:firstly,the results of communcation are influenced by group thinking and group pressure;secondly,there are at least four kinds of attitudes according to parties' own positions when conflict occurs in the organization;thirdly,organizational culture is a kind of dramaturgical action.
