政治学视角下《人民日报》与《纽约时报》对本国公共危机的图片报道比较分析

Comparative analysis of Photo reports on public crisis between the Peoples Daily and the New York Times from the political perspective

公共危机期间,新闻媒体在传递信息、舆论引导、协调社会关系、维护社会和谐稳定等方面发挥了积极作用,媒介社会功能得以扩展。然而,在看到积极作用的同时,我们也不能忽视媒体公共危机报道中所存在的功能缺失问题。本文采用内容分析方法,通过比较《人民日报》与《纽约时报》对本国公共危机的图片报道的内容,归纳和审视这两份报纸履行公共危机报道职能的异同点,并从政治学的视角加以分析,探讨进一步扩展我国新闻媒体公共危机报道职能的途径。

Media is the watcher of the society,the degree and the way that crisis coverage not only plays it' s greatly concern on the stability and functional development of the society at large,but pays an important role in enhancing the clean and efficient operation of governments,and improving individual ' s crisis consciousness.So it is necessary to examine the crisis coverage of media.On the basis of the media comparative research and with the content analyses,the thesis focuses on describing the similarities and differences in the photo coverage of domestic public crisis on the People' s Daily and the New York' s Times,analyzing the reasons from the perspective of political science.All efforts come to the aim of improving the functions of the media during public crisis.
