摘要
陕西省咸阳市城区地下水资源长期超采,致使地下水流向改变,水位下降,形成降落漏斗,研究超采区地下水调控治理方案具有重大现实意义。对此,建立地下水数值模型,并通过需水量预测、供水能力确定等环节最终提出维持现状开采量情景、等量削减开采量情景、按比例削减开采量情景等三个治理方案,分析了各方案下未来若干水平年地下水水位恢复情况,结果表明,按比例削减开采量方案效果较好。根据咸阳市实际条件,提出优先利用地表水、提高再生水比例、农业产业结构调整等超采区综合治理建议。
The groundwater resources in the urban area of Xianyang City,Shaanxi Province have been over-exploited for a long time,which causes the change of groundwater flow direction,the decline of water level and the formation of the falling funnel.It is of great practical significance to research the groundwater regulation and control scheme in the over-exploitation area.In view of this,establish the groundwater numerical model and through the prediction of water demand and the determination of water supply capacity,three control schemes are put forward.They are Maintain current status of mining scenarios,equal reduction of production scenarios,and scale reduction of production scenarios.The recovery of groundwater level in several future years under these schemes is analyzed and it shows that scale reduction of production scenarios is effective.According to the actual conditions of Xianyang City,some suggestions are put forward,such as giving priority to the utilization of surface water,increasing the proportion of reclaimed water and adjusting the structure of agricultural industry.
