工业和信息化部于2009年1月7日14时30分为中国移动、中国电信和中国联通发放了3张3G(第三代移动通信)牌照,这是我国正式进入3G时代的标志性时刻,自此开始了新的信息生活。
Ministry of industry and information technology issued three 3G (third-generation mobile communications) license to China Mobile,China Telecom and China Unicom in at 2:30 p.m. on January 7,2009,that is China's formal entry into the 3G era landmark moment,then started a new life of information.
