摘要
采用PIC18F2420纳瓦技术微处理器,SD卡作为数据存储单元,研制了一种动力锂离子电池使用状态记录与报警器。可以嵌入到动力锂离子电池安装盒小于3cm×2.5cm×0.6cm的微小空间内。实时检测电池的充放电过程数据,按照时间顺序记录到SD卡中。根据采样到的电流、电压值判断出动力锂离子电池过充电或过放电时,通过显示报警电路发出声光报警信号。从而防止动力锂离子电池因不当使用导致的寿命缩短或永久失效,甚至可能出现的安全问题。
