作为学生党员、入党积极分子培养的"校区共建"平台,缺少服务的过程监控、评价体系,在挂职过程中出现空间、时间、服务的不连续性。为扩大服务的时间性、有效性,延长服务的空间,加强对入党积极分子、学生党员在培养和教育过程的管理,需要建立基于网络的"校区共建"服务平台,以实现服务功能的最大化,并形成一套评价体系,作为人才培养、考察、选拔的重要机制。
