协同OA在电力行业中的应用

当前,信息科技的飞速发展在电力行业引发了一场新的信息技术革命,随着电力体制改革,企业工作重点已由原来单一安全生产转变为以经济效益为中心全方位综合发展。而协同OA系统的建设与应用,已成为现代电力企业提高办公效率和管理决策水平重要手段。本文对现代电力企业办公自动化的意义、内容和建设进行分析,总结了协同OA在电力企业应用中存在的问题并提出了相应对策,以期促进电力企业协同OA系统建设与推广。

At present,the rapid development of information technology in the power industry,triggered a new information technology revolution,with the power system reform,enterprise key areas of work safety in production from a single cost-effective as the center was changed to all-round comprehensive development.The collaborative OA system construction and application,has become a modern electric power enterprises to improve office efficiency and management decision-making important means.In this paper,the modern meaning of office automation power enterprises,content and construction analysis,summarized in the power of collaborative OA problems in enterprise applications and put forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote power-enterprise collaborative OA system construction and promotion.
