关于中等职业学校计算机专业人才培养的一些思考

人类社会的发展已经步入信息社会,计算机与网络也成为人们生活、工作中必不可少的工具,计算机领域的无限发展给我们带来了便捷的同时需要有更多的人去开发研究与使用。计算机专业人才已经成为社会紧缺型人才之一。对于中等职业学校而言,如何给需要的企业提供适用的人才,如何满足学生自我发展的需要,也是学校发展的关键问题。学校是培养人才的地方,对待如何培养人才这个问题我们不能只以在学校的角度看问题,更应该换位思考从社会、从招聘单位、从学生角度去思考,这样才能立足服务本位、扩大就业、提高毕业生能力素质。

The development of human society has entered the information society,computers and networks become live,work an essential tool for the unlimited development of the computer industry has brought us convenience,while the need for more people to research and development and use.Computer professionals have become one of the shortage of talent.For the secondary vocational schools in terms of,how to apply to businesses in need of talent,how to meet the needs of students in self-development,but also development of the schools key issues.The school is to cultivate local talent,how to cultivate talent to treat this problem we must not only look at the issue in the school's point of view,there is more empathy from society,from the recruiting unit,from the perspective of students to think about,so as to service-oriented-based,expanding employment and improve the ability and quality graduates.
