摘要
在工业控制中,计算机系统作为一个重要工具,得到越来越广泛的应用,它的管控一体化,使系统在完成控制的同时,还可以完成系统模拟图的实时监测、历史曲线的分析察看、超限额运行实践的统计、灵活的生产及设备运行报表等功能,大大提高了工作效率。本文旨在探讨计算机管理-控制一体化系统控制策略,主要从两个方面,即常规PID控制策略和基于神经网络控制策略进行探讨。
In industrial control,computer systems as an important tool have been more and more widely used,its management and control integration gives not only complete control of the system but also complete system simulation diagram of the real-time monitoring,historical analysis of the curve look,ultra-running practice of statistical limits,flexible production and equipment operating reports and other functions at the same time,which greatly improved work efficiency.This article aims to explore the Computer Management-Control integrated system control strategy,mainly from two aspects,namely,conventional PID control strategy,and neural network-based control strategy.
