2009年初,我国颁发3G运营牌照,开启了一个移动宽带的新时代,同时也预示着移动互联网世界业已迎来一个内容为王,应用极大丰富的新时期。因此,我们有必要深入探究一下3G数字通信时代数字内容产业和我国3G通信产业见相互作用的关系。
