信息技术学科教育己成为高校必不可少的必修或选修课科目,高校信息技术学科一般称为计算机基础教育。计算机基础课程的主要目标是培养学生处理信息的能力,使学生掌握信息科学、信息技术的基本知识,信息采集、加工、发布(表达)等信息处理的实践技能,并能够主动地利用信息技术和信息资源解决实际问题,同时,还要培养学生具有适应信息社会生活的正确的信息伦理道德和法律法规观念。下面笔者就高校计算机基础教学在教学方法和教学过程的设计三个方面谈一点看法。

Information technology disciplines essential for college education has become a required or elective courses,college of information technology disciplines commonly known as basic education.Computer Basic Course main objective is to develop students ability to process information so that students master the information science,information technology,basic knowledge,information collection,processing,release(expression)practical skills such as information processing and can take the initiative to use information technology and information resources to solve practical problems,we must also train students to adapt to life in the information society the right information ethics and the concept of laws and regulations.Here the writer's computer-based teaching in colleges and universities teaching methods and teaching process,a few observations on three aspects of the design.
