对垃圾邮件进行有效的过滤,已经成为了一个有重要意义的现实问题。在我国高等院校里,信息化、网络化建设从94年中国教育与科研计算机网络开通至今已有二十余年。工作重点也从最初的基础网络设施部署逐渐转向信息服务系统的开发。目前,在大部分高校中,通常教师和学生可以拥有本校的电子邮件帐号。但是随着邮件在高校师生中的广泛应用,随着而来的垃圾邮件问题也困扰着各个高校,针对校园电子邮件使用人群特殊性和网络设备匮乏的特点,校园网电子邮件安全防护系统的研究对提高校园电子邮件安全防护水平起着积极的作用。所以,对于垃圾邮件的过滤已经成为一项紧迫任务。

The effective spam filter,has become a significant reality.In our institutions of higher learning,the information technology and network construction from 94 years of China Education and Research Computer Network has been launched 20 years,The focus from the initial deployment of network facilities to gradually shift the basis of information system development.Currently,in most colleges and universities,usually teachers and students can have the university's e-mail account.But with the e-mail teachers and students in colleges and universities in the widely used,with the spam problem comes plagued the various colleges and universities for the use of campus e-mail and network equipment,lack of specificity of the crowd the characteristics of campus e-mail security protection system studies to improve the level of the campus e-mail security plays an active role.So,for spam filtering has become an urgent task.
