随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高,消费者需求呈现个性化、多样化的趋势。在这种市场环境下,如何满足消费者的个性化需求显得异常重要。目前,一些电力企业所采用的客户关系管理系统在一定程度上发挥了相应作用。但是,当前的客户关系管理没能真正有效地发掘数据库中隐藏的信息,而在客户关系管理系统中融入数据挖掘技术可以有效解决这一问题,使客户关系管理系统成为管理者真正的决策分析工具。
With the progress of society and people's living standards,consumer demand rendering personalized,diversified trend.In this market environment,how to meet the individual needs of consumers become of paramount importance.At present,some power companies used customer relationship management system to a certain extent,play a relevant role.However,the current customer relationship management could not be truly effective in identifying hidden information in the database,and in the customer relationship management systems into the data mining technology can effectively solve this problem,so that customer relationship management system into a real management decision-making analysis tools.
