邮件合并是word中的一项高级功能,利用此功能可以将excel数据表中的数据批量合并到已设计好的word模板中,从而实现各类文档的批量打印,本文根据高校招生工作的打印通知书时遇到的实际问题为例,展示了邮件合并功能的实用性。
The Mail Merge is the word in a high-level functions,take advantage of this feature can put excel data table into word template to achieve various types of documents,batch printing,according to college and university admissions printed notice of the practical problems encountered by,for example,demonstrated the usefulness of the mail merge feature.
