The network communication technology and multimedia technology as the core of the rapid development of modern information technology will inevitably bring about education from the objectives,contents,forms,methods to a comprehensive change in the organization.I believe that the use of network communications technology and multimedia technology as the core of modern information technology is to promote a comprehensive reform of basic education and improve the quality of education necessary means.
