随着因特网的日益普及与功能的完善,网络己日渐成为人们特别是年轻人的购物场所。一些不法行为也大量渗透其中损害消费者的合法权益,制约了网络购物的发展。本文从网络购物现状及存在问题入手,谈一谈如何规范我国的网络购物秩序。

With the increasing popularity of the Internet, and function improved, the network has increasingly become people, especially young people, shopping mall. Substantial penetration of a number of wrongful acts which harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers has constrained the development of online shopping. In this paper, the status quo and problems of online shopping start to talk about how to regulate China's online shopping order.
