该文概括介绍了中煤三建集团信息化建设的总体目标,设计原则,实施步骤等,根据该集团实际,提出有步骤、分阶段地开发建设各个应用系统,采取有力措施,加快开发与应用的进度,使中煤三建处于行业信息化应用领先水平。
This paper introduces the overall objective,design principles,implementation steps of information technology in the China Coal Construction Group 3,According to the Group's fact,proposes in steps and stages in the development and construction in various application systems,and take effective measures to accelerate the development and application of the process,so that made information technology of the China Coal Construction Group 3 applications in the advanced level.
