当前,社会正处在人工智能发展的第四次浪潮中,人工智能的大规模落地应用,必然带来大量安全问题,国外政府、研究机构、企业等高度重视人工智能安全问题,并采取了一定的手段和措施,建议我国相关部门从法律法规、道德伦理、标准规范、监督监管等方面研究应对人工智能发展带来的安全问题。

In this regard, foreign governments, research institutions and enterprises have attached great importance to these issues, and certain measures and suggestions from the legal and moral standards have been taken. It is suggested that our government should research on how to deal with AI related security issues from the aspects of supervision, legal and policies, regulatory and standardization.
