坚持“因材因需”施教,促进学生个性化发展——扬州大学大学英语教学方案 被引量:2

摘要 作为省部共建的省属重点综合性大学,扬州大学秉承其创始人张謇先生的'学必期于用,用必适于地'的教育理念,按照'更加国际化、更加地方化'的办学思路,聚焦一流本科人才培养,培养具有国际视野的专业行业领域拔尖人才,同时也培养具有较强实践能力、服务区域经济社会发展的高级应用型人才。为此,扬州大学近年来的大学英语教学建设遵循'因材因需'原则,实施分类型、分层次教学,体现综合性大学学科专业分类发展的要求。旨在满足人才个性化发展对大学英语教学的多样化需求。 As a key university co-constructed by the province and the ministry, Yangzhou University, in accordance with its founder Mr. Zhang Jian’s notion of 'studying for the sake of application and application must adapt to the place', is committed to 'becoming more internationalized as well as more localized'. Focusing on the cultivation of first-class undergraduates, YZU aims to foster not onlytop talents with international perspectives who can play a leading role in professional fields but also applied talents with practical ability who can meet the demands of local social and economic development. Therefore, College English teaching in YZU should be conducted in line with students’ aptitude and need. In practice, students are classified into types, and English is accordingly taught at different levels so as to better serve the cultivation of diversified talents and the development of different majors.
