摘要
突发事件的不确定性及巨大破坏性,会对指挥中心与现场救援之间的通信造成极大影响。野外巡线、高空架线等电力作业工作常在乡村或野外环境下进行,危险性较高,容易发生突发事件,但乡村及野外环境下通信设施不完善,搭建有效的移动应急通信系统具有非常重要的意义。文章研究并设计了一套针对乡村及野外环境的电力保障移动应急通信系统,包含前端信息采集、网络信息通信、中心管理平台以及客户端设备4部分,在通信模块采用基于终端速度和概率驱动的无缝切换算法将3种无线通信技术进行融合,保证了通信网络的可靠性及鲁棒性,提高了传输速率及通信畅通率,满足当前电力保障移动应急通信的需求,具有广泛的应用前景。
The uncertainty and destructiveness of the incident will greatly affect the communication between the command center and the rescue at the site. Electrical work tasks such as field patrolling and aerial stringing are often carried out in rural or wilderness environment, these jobs are highly dangerous, also prone to unexpected events. However, the communication facilities in rural and wilderness environments are not perfect, so it is very important to build an effective mobile emergency communication system. In this paper, a mobile emergency communication system based on power supply for rural and wilderness environment is studied and designed, which includes four parts: front-end information collection, network information communication, central management platform and client equipment, in the communication module, the speed-based probability-driven seamless handoff algorithm based on terminal speed and probability driven is adopted to fuse the three wireless communication technologies, ensures the reliability and robustness of the communication network, improves the transmission rate and communication patency rate. The system meets the current demand for mobile emergency communications, and has broad application prospects.
