营财一体化集约化管理研究

摘要 电价电费管理是电网公司一项重要的经济活动,由营销部门和财务部门协同管理。随着信息化建设的不断深化,营销系统与财务系统之间建立了基础的数据标准、集成规范,初步解决了营销系统的数据孤岛问题。为进一步提升营财一体化运作效率,文章深入分析了营销与财务深度融合,通过构建营财一体化运作体系,统一规范业务管理规则,加强电费资金管理,使营财协同工作效率显著提升,进一步提升了公司管理效率与效益。 Electricity tariff management is an important economic activity of power grid Co,, which is coordinated by marketing department and financial department. With the continuous deepening of information construction, the basic data standards and integration norms between the marketing system and the financial system have been established, and the data silos of the marketing system have been preliminarily solved. In order to further improve the integration of marketing and finance operation efficiency, this paper deeply analyzes the integration of marketing and financial depth, proposes the business financial integration operation system, which can standardize business management rules, strengthen electricity fund management, marketing and finance, thus to significantly enhance the efficiency of collaborative work, and further enhance the company's management efficiency and benefits.
