摘要
采用DEFORM软件对汽车连杆热模锻成形工艺进行分析,并利用3D数值模拟软件对模锻工艺参数进行优化,制定了合理的模锻工艺。该研究结果能为连杆锻造成形及热锻工艺优化提供参考。
The forming process of hot die forging of automobile connecting rod has been analyzed by DEFORM software,and the technological parameters of die forging have been optimized by 3D numerical simulation software,and the reasonable die forging process have been established.The research results can provide reference for forging forming and hot forging process optimization of connecting rod.
