摘要
30Cr2Ni4MoV钢具有较强的组织遗传性,在锻造加工过程中很容易出现晶粒粗大的问题,采用双相区正火+调质的热处理方式可以消除粗晶并且有效改善锻件的力学性能。
30Cr2Ni4MoV steel has strong microstructure heredity,and it is easy to appear the problem of coarse grain in forging process.The heat treatment method of normalizing in dual-phase regions+quenching and tempering can eliminate the coarse grain and improve the mechanical properties of forgings effectively.
