摘要 对生产的96 t 30Cr1Mo1V高中压转子进行超声检测时,发现水口端缺陷。对该缺陷部位解剖后,采用扫描电镜能谱分析手段,确定了该缺陷主要是由钙铝酸盐类夹杂(以Al2O3为主)造成。对夹杂物的来源进行分析,确定了钢水不纯净的主要原因,为后续同类型钢锭的冶炼工艺改进及过程质量控制提供依据。 When the 96 t 30Cr1Mo1 V high and medium pressure rotor was performed ultrasonic test,the defect at nozzle end was found.After dissecting the defect position,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis was used to confirm that the defect was mainly caused by calcium aluminate inclusions(mainly Al2 O3).The sources of inclusions were analyzed,and the main causes of impure molten steel were determined,which can provide the reference for the improvement of smelting technology and process quality control of the same type of ingot in the future.
