摘要
教育是实施"科教兴藏"战略的基础,也是西藏实现跨越式发展的前提、要求和强大助推力。由于特殊的发展历史、政治环境、经济基础、自然条件、人口状况等方面的原因,造成了西藏教育的特殊性,形成了西藏教育的特点。文章通过分析西藏教育历史进程中的制约性因素,提出将特殊性转化为特色和优势,围绕"七个坚持"对西藏民族教育的可持续发展进行思考。
Education is both the base for the implementation of'developing Tibet through science and e-ducation'strategy and the prerequisite,demand and force for realizing the great-leap-forward development in Tibet.Due to Tibet’s special historical and political situation,economic infrastructure,natural conditions,the population and other reasons,it led to the distinctiveness of education in Tibet.Based on the analysis of some restrictive factors during the development of Tibet’s education,the paper comes up with an idea of how to transfer the distinctiveness to its privilege and discusses how to maintain the sustainable development of Ti-bet’s national education.
